CARES currently offers a comprehensive package of services to associated members of ICUT, Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas. It is CARES goal to provide a one stop shop for benefits administration, coverages and ongoing support and vendor management.
CARES full services benefits administration system allows each individual school to incorporate their full suite of benefit programs in to one system. CARES will be there to help with implementation, and ongoing support including billing, coordinating file exchanges with vendors and assisting with member questions.
Additionally CARES offers a call center support line for each member school.
